Oaktower Partnership is an independent corporate advisory business. Our activities cover the full suite of advice to our clients related to corporate finance and Merger & Acquisition (M&A) pursuits. Oaktower was established in November 2005 and is owned and operated by its executive directors.

The Oaktower executive directors previously represented the senior members of Ernst & Young’s corporate finance business and prior to that the senior members of the Arthur Andersen M&A business.

We have consolidated our niche as lead financial advisers to Australian organisations including privately-owned and stock exchange listed companies, private equity managers, private companies and mid market public companies.

We have advised on over 80 completed transactions since our inception in November 2005 which comprise traditional acquisitions and divestments as well as public market transactions (takeover offers; schemes of arrangement; takeover defence preparation), IPOs, capital raisings, block trades and independent strategic advice to Boards of Directors and Company Founders. We have advised on transactions with a combined value exceeding $22bn and have raised debt as part of these transactions of over $5bn.
